I don't have time.

It's 60–90 minutes a day for two days, live with Tim and Julie, and replays are included. This is the work that gives your time back — most high performers are exhausted because their nervous system never stops running. Two short sessions can start to change that.

What if I can't make it live?

Register anyway. Replays are included for everyone who signs up. The live sessions include real-time exercises with Tim and Julie, so come live if you can — that's where the shift happens fastest.

Is this going to be weird?

No. There's breathwork and nervous-system practice, but it stays grounded and practical. Tim brings the systems side, Julie brings the embodied side. Nothing you have to believe, nothing performative — just a real framework you can feel working.

What if this doesn't work for me?

Is this religious or spiritual?
